Congrats! I still have not heard anything on the EAD/AP and its now been 70 days. I also have not heard anything on them rescheduling our interview that got cancelled.

Thank you !! I hope you guys will hear good news soon , i understand the wait is frustrating , try to keep yourself busy , good luck .

That is wonderful for those that got cancellations got interview waiver granted or whatever it's called lol. We haven't heard anything yet despite our cancellation . Kind of confused and worried

just got an update on my case , AP says case was approved , EAD : new card is being produced. iam happy

it has been a long wait , good luck for ppl who are still waiting ,

My status just changed to card/document production. Seems like I don't have to go to an interview. Good luck everyone!

I also didn't hear anything about the interview then I got approval email. Hopefully you'll get good news too.

After that you will have 2 more updates, one that will say they mail your EAD and the last one that will say that you receive the EAD and it will show the tracking number of USPS.

so frustrated we have not received a new interview date yet....why? still says cancelled as of 11/22......we are still planning on showing up to our interview end of next week.

My AP updated as approved - meanwhile the EAD says it's being produced. I guess that's because we're getting a combo card - not sure...

Just got our approval too! Today must be the day for Italy... :)

:joy: I checked our case status today and the EAD is being produced, yay! Still waiting for the AP approval.

K1 PROCESS 2014-2015 - Done!

NOA1- June 24th
RFE- October 15th
They received RFE back- October 24th
NOA2- November 21st
Text that file sent to "Dept. of State" NVC- November 26th
NVC received Thursday, December 4th
Got Case # over phone on Monday, December 8th
"In Transit" status Wednesday, December 10th
"Ready" status Friday, December 12th
Arrived at Embassy Monday, December 15th
Package 3 emailed and returned Wednesday, December 17th
Interview date sent Thursday, December 18th for New Year's Eve!

Rescheduled for January 14 & 15th

Placed in Administrative Processing

Evidence Submitted & Opened March 4th

Finally back in NY in August 2015

AOS Process 2015-2016, Completed!

Form Mailed September 23rd, received the 25th

Text from USCIS with receipt numbers September 28th

NOA 1 for AOS, AP & Work Doc received October 2nd

Biometrics Appointment received October 9 for October 21st

AP & EAD approved December 14th, received in mail December 28th

"Card is being produced" text April 16th

Removal of Conditions 2018-? - I hope this goes fast!

Mail March 8th

Received March 12, NOA dated March 13

Biometrics Appointment May 11th

9/24/15 - NOA Date on all documents

10/1/15 - Checks Cashed

10/5/15 - NOA's arrived by mail.

10/8/15 - Biometrics appointment NOA for 10/22/2015

10/22/15 - Biometrics completed in Charleston WV

10/26/15 - Case updated online to "ready to be scheduled for an interview"

12/3/15 - EAD and AP approved. Card in production.

12/7/15 - Combo Card Mailed

12/9/15 - EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived

12/22/15 - Interview is Scheduled for 1/26/16

1/26/16 - Interview

1/30/16 - Case Was Approved

2/4/16 - Approval notice received in mail for I-130 and I-485

2/6/16 - Permanent Resident Card arrived in mail

09/08/15 - Mailed I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485, I-864, and G-1145 to USCIS

09/10/15 - Documents delivered by USPS to USCIS

09/16/15 - Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

09/17/15 - Checks cashed

09/21/15 - Received hard copies of NOAs

09/25/15 - Biometrics letter received

09/28/15 - Walked in early and completed Biometrics

09/30/15- Request for Evidence on Application Type: I485 (email)

10/05/15- Received hard copy of RFE.

10/06/15- Mailed RFE response to USCIS

10/08/15- RFE response delivered to USCIS

10/14/15- Received 2nd biometrics letter. Scheduled for 10/22

10/22/15- Walked in a few hours early and completed second Biometrics.

11/12/15- Received approval for Application Type: I131, Application for USCIS travel document

11/13/15- Advanced Parole Card produced.

12/07/15- Received approval of EAD application.

12/09/15- EAD card mailed out.

My AP updated as approved - meanwhile the EAD says it's being produced. I guess that's because we're getting a combo card - not sure...
