Hi Brian and Talitha

I didn't know you could file before getting married. I sent my package through USPS on the 17th and got delivered on the 19th of Sep. A Saturday. Patiently waiting for my AOS.

I believe they are already married, remember that to adjust status we need to send a copy of the marriage certificate of is based on marriage.

We were preparing our forms since the beginning of the month but just sent on the 21st (yesterday) we got married on the 12th!

My mistake, but give around 5 business days to get the text and email message, I send my AOS on 9/11 got text on the 18th around 5 pm and still I haven't received the hard copy of NOA1 so just have a little patience I know the anxiety is hard to control, It was hard for me too, and is still is, but yesterday I confirmed they cash out the checks so I guess it shows movement. I'm positive soon you will get good news✌️

I believe you will receive the text and email notification first and then you will see if the checks has been cash out. I think if you send your papers on the 16th you will probably get text and email by Friday the latest.

Nothing for me yet... driving me crazy ..

Its been a week

I know!!! I receive a text of NOA so I'm waiting on the hard copy, just check my mail and NADA! So I downloaded the app for USCIS and wrote the MSC number case, I thought since I send my AOS on a Friday and USPS tracking system says it was delivered on Monday 14th but in the case# they say they receive the form I -131, what about the rest? I'm starting to get worried here! This is so hard!

09/08/15 - Mailed I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485, I-864, and G-1145 to USCIS

09/10/15 - Documents delivered by USPS to USCIS

09/16/15 - Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

09/17/15 - Checks cashed

09/21/15 - Received hard copies of NOAs

09/25/15 - Biometrics letter received

09/28/15 - Walked in early and completed Biometrics

09/30/15- Request for Evidence on Application Type: I485 (email)

10/05/15- Received hard copy of RFE.

10/06/15- Mailed RFE response to USCIS

10/08/15- RFE response delivered to USCIS

10/14/15- Received 2nd biometrics letter. Scheduled for 10/22

10/22/15- Walked in a few hours early and completed second Biometrics.

11/12/15- Received approval for Application Type: I131, Application for USCIS travel document

11/13/15- Advanced Parole Card produced.

12/07/15- Received approval of EAD application.

12/09/15- EAD card mailed out.

01/06/16- Interview scheduled for March 10th

03/10/16- I-130 and I-485 approved. Green card in Production

 

06/13/21 - Filed n400 online

06/13/21 - NOA + Biometrics reuse notification

04/20/22  N-400 Approved! Waiting for ceremony
