those who have received cancellations on their interviews did you make info passes, are you attending the previous scheduled interview or, will you simply wait to be rescheduled?

Hi guys,

For those who received their interview cancellation notice by USCIS, has anyone received any further notice from USCIS regarding their case?

I recently just received the same letter, but I filed in October, not September.

Thank you guys.

Interview got cancelled on Nov 20th and received the cancellation letter Letter on the Nov 24th, Haven't heard anything since then.

We are planning to show up to ours on Dec 22

Good news VJs!! Today was my interview and my Green Card was approved!! The immigration officer was very nice and friendly. The only question he asked us was how is the marriage and he verified questions on the application. My interview lasted less than 10 minutes.

Good luck to all of you too!!

I did. And I took my time before replying them as well lol. I received RFE on 10/12, they received my reply on 10/27. And I still got my EAD/AP on the 70th day after filing. So I don't think it slows down The process by that much.

I also got a RFE. But when I received it I was already scheduled for my biometrics.

What I've read so far here, for the most approved EAD/AP without a RFE it took between 65 and 70 days. Mine was 75 days. I think a RFE (if it doesn't have to do with your AP/EAD) slows down the process a bit. But I think you will get approved within the 90 days time frame.

Fractalina we will go to our scheduled appt as planned as to date we don't have a new interview date still says cancelled as of 11/22

When is yours? My plan is if I don't receive any news until a day before the appointment I will go anyway. But if I get the new schedule before that I won't go.

I went to the DMV today to see if my husband could get his State ID. We brought all the necessary documents and money order. Everything was fine and we were all happy until..... they couldn't verify his case on their system. We have to wait 6 WEEKS so they can verify again to see if he is eligible for his State ID. I was hoping he could get it today but we'll keep waiting. :clock:

No word yet on his EAD/AP approval yet - still in process. The USCIS processing times says that it takes 3 months so I will wait 10 more days before I call USCIS to see what's up. We don't have an interview date either , it still says that it's being scheduled.... <_< meh.

Congrats to everyone who is getting their approvals :)

We got an RFE sent 10/14 also (we didn't receive it until a few weeks later) and we responded 11/13. He got his biometrics appointment letter last week and we had it completed 11/25. We are just waiting for whatever will happen next.
