I received my interview letter and it was scheduled for Dec 22nd but I never received the cancellation letter in the mail. I was told if I don't receive the cancellation letter to show up for the Dec 22nd interview anyways because it could have been a mistake on their end and the interview was never really cancelled. Please let me know if you receive a cancellation notice in the mail.

I just received the cancelation notice in the mail yesterday. It took few days from the notification via email. Let me know your next progress

I have been silently reading everyone's wonderful news and been praying that my wife would get her good needs soon. We were getting jealous that we haven't received our yet. But with the grace of god, my wife received her good news today. It's going to be a great Thanksgiving after all :joy:

It's finally my turn. EAD/AP are approved today. It took 70 days... Guess RFE does slow down the process a bit.

09/17/2015 - AOS delivered and signed for

09/28/2015 - NOA assigned by USCIS

10//01/2015 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

10/05/2015 - notification of I-485 RFE sent out

10/14/2015 - Biometrics Appointment for EAD/AOS

10/27/2015 - USCIS received RFE response, begins working on the case again

11/23/2015 - EAD/AP approved, new card is in production

11/23/2015 - I-485 case ready to be scheduled for an interview

12/02/2015 - EAD/AP card received

1/13/2016 - interview is scheduled on Feb 16th, 2016

2/16/2016 - interview canceled due to imminent weather

3/16/2016 - 2nd interview scheduled for Apr 20th, 2016

4/20/2016 - Green card approved.

 

1/26/2018 - Applied for Remove of Conditions

1/26/2019 - Applied for N-400

This morning my app was updated again, saying that I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Reading all the past posts here, I know that probably is just the start of another long wait.. But it's certainly better than no news at all! Happy thanksgiving to everyone!

Hey guys

I woke up this morning and quess what happened?

My USCIS app told me that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview!

My EAD/AP got approved 15 days ago (even though it was later than normally with "75 days" of processing time)

Looks like they work on my case although I had a RFE (we forgot to send in a written explanation why my husband doesn't have to pay tax (military+benefits) moreover, we forgot to send in his income from the last 12months).

Hope I get a date soon and than I have to get together our stuff and be prepared!!

But I am glad to hear from you all, that there is a process going on! Step by step...

I received a text/email today stating my wife's EAD/AP combo card was mailed out. It took 67 days from the time our packet was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox on 9/18/15. It took 50 days after she had her biometrics appointment on 10/14/15. Another hurdle down!

Congrats Bro! You guys are almost done with AOS, just the interview or waiver interview is all u need to look out for now.
