The update of my case: Today Nov 18, 2015 got the emails and texts with the approval of my EAD and AP.

I updated my timeline and my signature in case you want check it.

January 13, 2015: Mailed I-129f packet to Dallas Lockbox

January 15, 2015: I-129f packet was delivered

January 21, 2015: NOA1

March 23, 2015: NOA2

April 8, 2015: Left NVC

April 12, 2015: Received by Consulate

May 1, 2015: Packet 3 Received

May 13, 2015: Interview and Approved!

May 19, 2015: Visa Received!

June 30, 2015: She arrived in the USA!

AOS, EAD, and AP

September 23, 2015: Mailed AOS, EAD, and AP packet to Chicago Lockbox

September 29, 2015: Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP

October 21, 2015: Biometrics Appointment

December 3, 2015: RFE for EAD/AP received

December 8, 2015: RFE response sent by express mail

December 21, 2015: EAD and AP approved

December 26, 2015: EAD/AP combo card received

March 3, 2016: RFE for AOS received

March 4, 2016: RFE response sent by express mail

March 11, 2016: Received notice from USCIS that green card is being produced and I-485 was approved!!!

Removal of Conditions

February 5, 2018: Mailed Removal of Conditions packet to Vermont Service Center

February 13, 2018: Received NOA1

March 27, 2018: Biometrics Appointment

I been following this post as we filed in September for Aos. Today we got an update that our interview has been cancelled but we never had a interview scheduled.

Aos Forms sent Sept 23rd

Aos forms received Sept 28th

Fingerprint Fee was received Oct 1st, 2015

Biometrics Scheduled for Oct 22rd, 2015

Walk in appointment done on Oct 13th

Received update to our Aos on Nov 20th that our interview was cancelled

On November 20th, 2015 we cancelled your interview for Form I485

Anyone else run into this? We never had a interview scheduled and it got cancelled anyway. Any advice? Not sure what to do now.

Call the 800 number and ask to speak with a tier 2 officer they will explain why your interview is cancelled

Call the 800 number and ask to speak with a tier 2 officer they will explain why your interview is cancelled

I called and asked how a interview could get cancelled when there was no interview scheduled and he didn't know the answer. He told me that I have to wait for the letter that was mailed out on Nov 19th. I asked him if the letter I will receive has the interview date and time and if that was the interview that was cancelled, and he only said that I have to wait for the letter.

He told me that I have to wait for the letter that was mailed out on Nov 19th. I asked him if the letter I will receive has the interview date and time and if that was the interview that was cancelled, and he only said that I have to wait for the letter.

So sorry to hear that, I guess you have to wait. Please let us know what the letter says. Good luck!
