Lol after sending that last post, i checked my case status and i got my interview scheduled for december 21st. Yay! Am glad to see some movement on my case!

I may be being COMPLETELY paranoid and crazy(and a bit selfish) , but does anyone think the Syrian Refugee crisis and terror attacks will affect our case progress?

This is what I'm taking to the interview

Last two months of FPL electric bill in both our names

Letter of HOA of the community where we live

Last two months of AT&T share mobile plan

Letter from Bank stating my husband add me as a joint holder after we got married and last 2 statements

Copy of credit card in both our names and last 2 months statements because he add me as an authorized user

Family photo album

2 affidavits stating is a real marriage.

A copy of the AOS we send

I'm taking some lettered we exchange before we got married and receipts of gifts we exchange( just in case)

Copy of hotels stays at small get away that we did(receipts of bookings)

Copy of tax transcripts 2014

Last paystubs(last 2 months) from my hubby

Copy of passports and original

Copy of marriage certificate and original

This is all I'm taking, don't have any more. Some evidence I send in my AOS was also around 100 emails we exchange before and after we married along with Skype conversation and cellphone records, but this is from the AOS so I'm just taking it in case they say they lost it.

i don't think it will affect the timelines at all but am pretty sure they will be a bit more critical with the approval of applications due to the attacks... but thats just my opinion. never know what actually happens during adjucation of cases lol.

Congrats you should get another alert twlling you that it has been mailed. I looked at,the,timeline for AOS interview in Washington D.C., and it looks like a long 7 month wait.....have fun
