Just got email confirmation of receive and acceptance!! I'm so happy, now I have to wait for the hard copy of I-797 in the mail, at least now I know the AOS is not lost.?

09/18/15 Received text NOA

09/21/15 Checks Cashed

09/28/15 NOA hard copy received

10/02/15 Biometrics Appointment letter for 10/15/15

10/15/15 Biometrics Completed

10/30/15 Interview Scheduled for 12/03/15

11/17/15 EAD and AP approved

11/24/15 EAD combo card received

12/03/15 Interview Done and SSC received in mail :goofy:

12/04/15 I-485 Card is being Produced :dancing:

12/09/15 Card has being mailed to you

My wife received her biometrics appointment letter yesterday in the mail. Surprised it is so soon....September 28 is the date.

01-11-2015: Submitted I-129F petition

01-15-2015: USCIS received the package i-129f

01-21-2015: Received notification with receipt no.

01-27-2015: Received hard copy of NOA1

02-02-2015: Approved petition (yay!!! So fast)

02-06-2015: Received hard copy of NOA2

02-18-2015: Assigned MNL case #

03-03-2015: Received hard copy of NVC Letter

03-16-2015: Medical

03-17-2015: Medical result passed!(Thank god)

03-30-2015: Interview (Passed! Thank god)

I think I left everything blank and I followed the example forms listed on site as well. http://www.visajourney.com/content/examplesWhen I get home I will double check though.

09/08/15 - Mailed I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485, I-864, and G-1145 to USCIS

09/10/15 - Documents delivered by USPS to USCIS

09/16/15 - Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

09/17/15 - Checks cashed

09/21/15 - Received hard copies of NOAs

09/25/15 - Biometrics letter received

09/28/15 - Walked in early and completed Biometrics

09/30/15- Request for Evidence on Application Type: I485 (email)

10/05/15- Received hard copy of RFE.

10/06/15- Mailed RFE response to USCIS

10/08/15- RFE response delivered to USCIS

10/14/15- Received 2nd biometrics letter. Scheduled for 10/22

10/22/15- Walked in a few hours early and completed second Biometrics.

11/12/15- Received approval for Application Type: I131, Application for USCIS travel document

11/13/15- Advanced Parole Card produced.

12/07/15- Received approval of EAD application.

12/09/15- EAD card mailed out.

01/06/16- Interview scheduled for March 10th

03/10/16- I-130 and I-485 approved. Green card in Production

 

06/13/21 - Filed n400 online

06/13/21 - NOA + Biometrics reuse notification

04/20/22  N-400 Approved! Waiting for ceremony

Hi all! I sent my K1 and my kid's K2 AOS Sept.15 and according to USPS tracking the package was received Sept. 16th. No text or email notifications received yet.

8/10/2015 - Married

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

9/16/2015 - USPS Tracking confirms delivery

I sent my package on Sept 8. Stil haven't heard anything... Check hasn't been cashed either. I'm starting to worry

did they receive that package? If so, maybe call them. Or perhaps you forgot to send them something and they are sending the package back to you.

Have some patience I send mine on 9/11 and they receive it on 9/14 I got email confirmation on the 18th after 5:00 pm and no hard copies yet so I would give it until friday before you get worry.

I didn't know you could file before getting married. I sent my package through USPS on the 17th and got delivered on the 19th of Sep. A Saturday. Patiently waiting for my AOS.
