Another notice saying the ead was approved and notice coming in the mail.

Yeah my first notice was that my ead card was mailed then got a second notice moments ago stating my case was approved....

AP was approved this morning :) so now have both EAD/AP approval. Just waiting on the AOS now :).

Hi all, we have received our interview date and online it states the EAD card was mailed yesterday but, i thought the EAD/AP were one card which online it states the EAD card was mailed yesterday but there is nothing stating the AP card was mailed. can someone clarify this?

09/10/15 - Documents delivered by USPS to USCIS

09/16/15 - Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

09/17/15 - Checks cashed

09/21/15 - Received hard copies of NOAs

09/25/15 - Biometrics letter received

09/28/15 - Walked in early and completed Biometrics

09/30/15- Request for Evidence on Application Type: I485 (email)

10/05/15- Received hard copy of RFE.

The AP it's a separate document, that is why it has a different case number. Please tell your husband not to travel until he have his AP in hand. You should get an info pass and explain your situation and get his passport stamp so he can travel.

Hi all I've been a lurker for a while but decided to chime in with their timeline. I came here on the VWP

September 18 - posted application

September 22 - Application received

October 5 - Biometrics done walk in(actually scheduled for 10/18)

October 13 - Case ready to be scheduled for an interview

Since then it has been silent. My service center is Atlanta do you guys have an idea as to how quick that office is in scheduling an interview?

Hi! My service center is also Atlanta and we have the same timeline, I did my Biometrics on October 19 and 2 weeks later my case is ready to schedule an interview, nothing since. Just hand in there hopefully it's soon
