Coloring, ha, ha you just made my day ? That is really funny. I did the gardening stuff already, but I don't have a yard per say. It's really small and I used all the space already. I use Pinterest a lot. Read a lot of books, play candy crush, bike because I can't drive and any way I don't have driver License. O well at least we all can vent our feelings a little here in this forum. I feel like I just had coffe with my friends every time I visit this site.

Hi Billet I will please like to know did you receive the up date saying "now ready ro schedule your interview..." before your interview and if so what was the time frame?

Hi jobenpez

I received an update on Friday that say: Interview Scedule

On October 30 we Schedule you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice with receipt number MSCxxxxxxxxxx

Your interview is December 3, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the notice. I never got we are ready to schedule your interview, it went straight to " interview scheduled". And on Monday the 2nd I got the hard copy of the interview notice. I'm not sure if it's because they are a lot of USCIS offices here in Florida, maybe that is way it's been so fast. So far I didn't get any RFE. I considere my self very lucky and I hope they don't cancel the interview in the last moment because I know that can happen too.

I'm trying to be positive.?

Ah BTW I got the update exactly 15 days after biometrics. 30 days after AOS filed. My interview is 12/03/15 at 12:30 pm in West Palm Beach, Fl. USCIS office

Oh wow thx Billett ! So you did not received that update saying they are ready to schedule the interview that is good. I don't think they will cancel it.

Well you are very lucky. I received that update and it's a week now hopefully they will schedule the interview soon

Yes jobenpez! When you receive the update that they are ready to schedule you for an interview I think it doesn't take long, they go by order meaning they schedule people that are ahead in line. But remember that any news we get from them is good news because it means at least someone it's checking our file.

Yes jobenpez! When you receive the update that they are ready to schedule you for an interview I think it doesn't take long, they go by order meaning they schedule people that are ahead in line. Believe it or not. I got approved today for I-765 and I-131 !!! My EAD card "is being produced". I am sooooo happy :content: :content:

So far my journey:

75 days since I sent in papers

67 days since NOA1

41 days since Bio Appt.

Hmmm September forum seems to be quiet. Has anyone have any good new and/or bad news to share?

Looks like I missed lots of discussion on here since I last posted my question. I just finally getting over a cold and flu hence my disappearance act. But great to see September is starting to get traction.

Yes, Ameribrazil I been searching the web like you have no idea! I still don't have health insurance card, I don't know why but my husband try many times to add me and they would not let him so I gave up on that but tomorrow we are going to sign a health power of attorney in each other name. I'm gathering the paper like cell phone plan, joint bank statements, HOA letter stating we live together,electric bill in both our names, credit card copy in both our name and statement and 2 affidavits from my mother in law and a friend. Am I missing something? Please a ray of light! Thanks for all your support and I'm sure soon we will hear more good news, I will keep you guys posted.

Last update on the 21t october, case is ready to be scheduled for interview , nothing since then .

Since the biometrics in early October no news. We can wait for the GC but we would like to get the EAD sooner than later. I am hoping to get it by mid November.

We did not apply for early parole , even though we really wanted to see my husband's Family in Santo Domingo, because we did not have proof that there was a Medical emergency or any kind of urgency for a trip.

I checked my husband's case status on myUSCIS a couple minutes ago. It was recently updated to: As of November 3, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXX...., for an interview....

However, no updates on the AP/EAD.. :clock:

Ready to schedule - hmmm that's awesome news! It's like a tease.. They tell you they are ready to schedule for an interview but they make you wait for a couple of days or even weeks and months to get an actual appointment date. But yes they are ready to schedule your appointment! :no:

My husband and I filed September 18th and have an online NOA date of Sept. 24th. Our biometrics appointment was on Oct 20th, but no word since.

I have a quick question, our Bio-appointment was not updated on the case tracking page all that is said is that they recieved the payment but no word on the status of the bio is this normal?

Yes, normal, because mine hasn't changed since payment for fingerprint was received. A waiting game ;). So I noticed the EAD/AP are about to enter into September (visajourney.com timeline). I think we will all start hearing something soon for those still waiting. To those who already have appointments for AOS. Congrats to all of you, I hope you receive your green cards soon. For me it will be a while, so I am just happy to be with my wife...at least she is here with me :).

Hello All

I'm waiting that I (at least) get approved on my EAD or AP. I haven't heard anything since my biometric appointment.

08/26: I've sent in my papers (AOS+EAD+AP)

09/02: NOA 1 (for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)

09/22: USCIS received my RFE

09/29: Biometric Appointment

and since then.... nothing. It's a little frustrating but I have patience.

My VJ timeline says "Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between November 2, 2015 and November 6, 2015" and "Based on timeline data, your AP may be adjudicated between November 1, 2015 and November 3, 2015".

I totally understand that this timeline is no guarantee. Still some ppl get approved way after I sent in my papers and that is even more frustrating because it gives me the feeling that something is wrong with my papers :unsure:

However, I am very thankful for VJ and so many positive ppl here. At the end we all go through the same here and the support is very helpful.

I just hope to hear soon from USCIS

Sometimes RFE kind of make the proces slower, meaning you EAD might delate a little but don't loose hope, always be positive because if you got a RFE that means they are looking into your case.

Hopefully you will get good news soon!

I got an RFE and I responded to it the following day I received the notice. I just hope it doesn't delay us too much... But hey, what's another extra day :clock:

So does the "ready to schedule interview" status change on the I-130 or the I-485 receipt? I have like four receipt numbers right now that I keep checking the status for...

FYI my husband had his biometrics appointment 6 days ago. So that means we should see a change in the status sometime this week, correct?
