When are the processing times updated on the USCIS site for the field office?

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Did anyone send in just the DS-3025 form from their fiance's overseas medical? The I485 instructions form says that if the vaccination requirements are met then the medical examination is not required. Just was wondering if anyone did that and didn't get an RFE. Thanks! :)

Just got another update:

On October 22, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hopefully, we'll be lucky like Younes-Maria, and get an interview soon. God willing...

It's my understanding that if the overseas medical is within the 1 year, you didn't a new medical unless you are missing something or its incomplete. I might be wrong. But here's what I read from a different forum...

IMPORTANT: If you got all the needed shots recorded on the DS-3025 visa exam vaccination sheet and it is properly filled out then skip the civil surgeon and I-693 entirely. You can get approved on the DS-3025. Many, many, many people do this.

Adults need

  • MMR
  • Tdap or Td or DTP (within last 10 years)
  • Varicella (or the DS-3025 marked VH because you had the chickenpox disease)
  • Flu shot - only if the exam was during flu season (Oct 1-Mar 31) Doesn't matter that it's flu season now if the exam was before Oct 1.

All of those must be on the DS-3025. If you got some shots later or the DS-3025 is missing anything, then see a civil surgeon. So look for these things on the DS-3025:

  1. The shots listed above.
  2. The rest marked not medically appropriate or age appropriate or time interval.(waiver things)
  3. Results marked- "Incomplete, eligible for blanket waiver"
  4. Doctor signed and dated it.

Send a photocopy of the complete DS-3025 with the AOS. They will have to find the original medical forms and DS-3025 in your files. Sometimes those go missing. You turned them in at immigration in an envelope, but they sometimes don't get matched up with your AOS application.
