I believe that if you have the transcripts, that would suffice. But if the returns and w2s are readily available might as well send those too. I'd rather send more just in case they will ask for it in another rfe. But thats just my opinion...

EDIT: paystubs and certificate of employment will work better than bank statements as proof of income...

Wow! 1.5 years worth of paystubs lol. I'll print a few more since the income verification letter from my employer shows that I have been then over 4 years and they list my income for each years.

Yeah its a lot. But for some reason, the state doesnt give out certifate of employment (they dont even know what it is) so we opted to send last years pay stubs and this year... so i guess its more than 1.5 years hahaha. About 1 yr and 8 months. Hahaha

looks good to me. you dont need to prove your husband's citizenship as per the instruction so it should be good.

Item Numbers 11.a. - 11.c. Citizenship or Residency. You must provide proof that you are a U.S. citizen, U.S. national,

or lawful permanent resident for joint and substitute sponsors and for relatives of employment-based immigrants who

file Form I-864. Petitioning relatives who have already filed proof of their citizenship or immigration status with Form

I-129F, Form I-130, Form I-600, or Form I-600A do not need to submit proof of their status with this affidavit.

Quick update:

My wife had her biometrics done today. The appointment was at 1PM in Elizabeth, NJ and we got there at 12:45. When we walked in, the guard made sure that all electronics was was off (cell phone and computers). She didn't let us get pass her without showing that it's off. Afterwards, she completed a sheet of paper and was instructed to go see the receptionist. The receptionist reviewed my wife's documents and stamped it. She was given a number and was told to sit inside a different waiting area which I was not allowed. Everything took about 45 mins to complete.

USCIS also received our RFE response today. It was signed by M SIEVERS.

So the waiting game continues.

Wow they were really strict about the electronics... when we had our biometrics done, they just made sure that people put their phones in their pockets. But while waiting for my turn, i saw a lot of people using their phones inside... hahahaha.

At least you know they are working on your case by having any updates at all (even if its an rfe). Our case status hasnt move at all since they received our application. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Yes - that was the first time I've experienced something like that. But I'm happy its done.

I hope they start working on your case. I can understand how frustrating it can be when see you updates on your case. I hope they continue to move with our case also.

I suppose this is good News!

I just checked your timeline from the date you received your NOA against your most recent update today, your case is moving along pretty fast! That's less than 30 days and they are already scheduling your interview. I have noticed that many people don't like the PNIW anyway.

Congrats btw!
