They normally send it out at the same time though. You may need to call them a month after your notice date (they should have the same notice date) if you havent received anything in the mail.

I called them today and they said I had to wait 10 days, which will be Saturday. And since Monday is a holiday, that means I can call again on Tuesday. I'm just afraid that if we are missing mail from them, my husband is going to miss his biometrics appointment, whenever that is.

If you sent personal checks the receipt number might be printed on the back.

In my case, the 4 MSC# I got were in sequence with the work permit receipt being the last number assigned. For instance my receipt # for i765 is MSCxxxxxxxx60,i-131 MSCxxxxxxxx59, 1-130 ends in 58 and i-485 ends in 57...hope it helps

Well they would tell you that spiel if you call them again before their 30 days are up so yeah i think you should wait for tuesday to call them again and maybe just ask if they can give you your case numbers or biometric appt. (Not sure thouh if they will tell you anything).

Hey guys biometrics letter received appointment on the 19th?

We have similar timeline but we have yet to receive anything regarding my wife's biometrics. I have been following July, August and Sept forums and it's definitely inconsistent with these notices and appointments. Kind of frustrating since we are hopeless and all we can do is wait and pray that our case gets worked on... (just venting) But Congrats btw!

Well maybe its nothing really hard to submit. Maybe its just a space in the form where you need to sign but didnt. Rfes can cause delay but i dont know how long. So sorry again.

Oh can you do this? Will it actually make your aos ead process/wait time shorter?

I doubt it thespoons. But you never know.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Hehe it confuses me. They send an appointment letter but you dont go to your scheduled appt and instead go on an earlier date... so why do we need thd letter again if we can do walk ins? and it seems that it doesnt help with processing times.... Ugh. So confusing....

I honestly cannot say if it does or it doesn't. However, if you read other post in June, July, and August, others are saying that they do a wake-in wees or days before their appointment. Does it make a difference, I am not sure. I have read some where that they got their card sooner rather than later. So who knows. I hope someone would chime in and shed some light on this. It's definitely a good question.
