I just received 3 case nbers from filling AOS. My fiancé entered on a k1 on July 1. We were married September 5. I sent the packet in last Thursday.

I did! I got everything last week. A ton of texts, emails and then hard copies. I just received our biometrics appointment letters today. Looks like we are off to Atlanta in 2 weeks! Sooooo pardon my ignorance....what can we expect at the biometrics appointment?

They said that you need to bring some documents with you for the biometrics... not sure what docs... need more research...

It goes by very fast. Make sure you bring your biometrics letter, your passport with the visa, and if you are female and changed your name, your marriage certificate. You will be done within an hour or less.

I think they just take fingerprints and take your picture. Good luck though!

10/8/15 - Biometrics appointment NOA for 10/22/2015

10/22/15 - Biometrics completed in Charleston WV

10/26/15 - Case updated online to "ready to be scheduled for an interview"

12/3/15 - EAD and AP approved. Card in production.

12/7/15 - Combo Card Mailed

12/9/15 - EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived

12/22/15 - Interview is Scheduled for 1/26/16

1/26/16 - Interview

1/30/16 - Case Was Approved

2/4/16 - Approval notice received in mail for I-130 and I-485

2/6/16 - Permanent Resident Card arrived in mail

Wow! you are lucky! We just got our NOA1 hard copy in the mail today. I'm hoping we get some traction our case also.

I think we got ours around 430 pm to 530 pm. The website updated several days later.

No one knows for sure. I am told after buometrics is done the ap and ead come very quickly within 1 to 3 months. But no one knows for sure.

Ours was delivered on the same day, and we are still waiting on notification as well.
