Sent my wife's AOS to USCIS today (September 4th). Should arive in Chicago on Tuesday (September 8th). Really excited for my wife and hoping everything goes smoothly. I wonder if the tracking apps that are being used for the I-129F would work for the AOS?

AOS has been picked up, delivered, and signed tonight. Caught me off guard being at night, on a holiday, and a day early. So strange.

Thanks, Wondering about other September filers out there and if they got their receipt numbers yet?

I am a late August filer (sent AOS on August 29, package delivered on August 31 at night) and I didn't hear anything back yet. Hopefully I will get my NOA1 this week.

August 29, 2015: AOS package mailed to the USCIS in Chicago.
August 31, 2015: AOS package delivered.
September 8, 2015: NOA1 received by text and email (4 receipt numbers).
September 12, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (3 receipt numbers).
September 14, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (1 receipt number).
September 18, 2015: Biometrics appointment letter received for October 1, 2015.
September 22, 2015: Biometrics done. Early walk-in at a different ASC.
September 30, 2015: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
November 11, 2015: EAD card is being produced (Form I-765) and Form I-131 is approved.
November 12, 2015: Form I-765 is approved.
November 15, 2015: Interview scheduled on December 22, 2015.
November 16, 2015: EAD card mailed to me.
November 19, 2015: EAD/AP card received.
December 22, 2015: AOS Interview. Approved on spot.

December 31, 2015: Green Card received.

 

ROC Timeline:

September 29, 2017: ROC package mailed to the California Service Center.

October 6, 2017: NOA received by mail (receipt date: October 2, 2017).

October 16, 2017: Biometrics appointment letter received for October 23, 2017.

October 23, 2017: Biometrics done.

So it took 5 business days to get NOA. Was that for all 3-GC, EAD, AP?

Does the receipt numbers become your proof of legal resistance while waiting for green card and interview? Are u to keep a copy of receipt number with passport?

I was sent to MSC, are all AOS sent to MSC?

Sent my AOS package 1st september NOA email txt confir.on 9th september. But when i checked online, it only has 1 receipt number for i765 not for the green card. I sthis normal? I didnt apply for AP. and my i-130 is approved already.
