Just received a text message with a WAC receipt number, application will go to California right?

anyone know what the recent processing times are for CSC vs TSC? are they still doing <2months or has it increased since so many applicants are processed there now

NOA1 E-Notification: September 4th, 2015

NOA1 Hard Copy: September 8th, 2015

NOA2 E-Notification: September 28th, 2015

I am an august filer with CSC and everyone is getting approved even faster. 15-18 days is average now. NVC is working slower though.

I am not sure about NVC, still trying to figure that one out. I think the average is a month? Maybe, not sure. I hope someone else can tell us
