Seriously, this is strated to really get to me!

The nearest civil surgeons to me are 50 miles away, and there is only 2. One knew exactly what I wanted when I called and I had an appointment set up, but then ofcourse there was a blizzard and that made it a no go to get there.

Now heres my frustration, my husband is a full time student and works over 30 hours a week amd so there is VERY little time that the doctors is actually open that I can do this! The only day that we can - they do half days! Both of the doctors that is, not just one. And because I cannot drive, I cannot get it done.

Its drving me crazy, I've been waiting to get this sent off for so long but I just need this last thing done.

I don't expect any of you to be able to help, I'm just venting :P

Is there any possibility of taking a bus to the appointment?

Or could your husband take some time off one day to get this done?

I tried the bus idea but apparently the bus doesn't go to the right part of town and I have NO idea howt o get around up there!

We're trying the day off thing, should it seriously be so freaking hard to do this?!

I was thinking about the RFE thing, but I didn't want to risk it really...I'm just waiting on my current tax return, hopefully I can get it sorted!

Thanks for the sugesstions :D

It does not matter in what state the CS is and there are a few CS that will MAIL you

a I693A when you mail them the DS3025 worksheet.

Call this one in Austin, Tx. 512 447 4699. Or Dr. Torres in Portland,OR, I don't have that number, look in the CS list.

Someone on VJ did that and received it per mail. Of course all vaccinations must have been completed and this is just for the transfer.

Please pm me if it works for you also.

I never sent in a supliment for the injections. I got the usual RFE for affidavit of support info, but not for the shots, all I sent in for the shots was what I had recived from the medical back in australia. My AOS interview is in 23 days. Do you think they will ask for it? who knows with these people.
