Hi I just want to know if it is ok to start gathering papers for Affidavit of support like letter of employment and other documents. We just got our I-130 Petition approved last August 31, 2015. And is it ok to get a Police clearance already for the beneficiary. (NBI in the Philippines) We just want to get ready and start doing the papers needed for NVC process. Thank you in advance! :)

yes, but please note that based on previous posts here; NBI Clearance should be below 6 months valid during the actual interview.

Definitely yes. Ours approved 5 Aug and had all the papers sent to NVC on 29 Aug. So it can go quick at NVC if your proactive.
