Omeka,

I had my interview in the same day as you. I remember you from the waiting room. I passed the Interview and i was tolled to wait for the letter. I have not received anything and the online status has not changed since the interview was scheduled. I'm worried that my Ceremony is on the same date as yours. What phone number did you call to check on the status of your case?

What is the Form # for the Oath Ceremony Letter?

Thank you!

Tony

Ladies and gent's - I have asked a question but let me ask it again if someone would reply I appreciate that. I was inline for interview as of 10/29/15 and received email/sms notification on 01/15/16 that I am scheduled for interview and should receive interview letter in the mail. However, it's been almost 2 weeks now with no sight of the interview notice mail and I do not want to be in the dark and miss the interview. Does it usually take this long to receive the mail after the notification.

Also, I was trying to call customer service and speak to a human but the automated system is not taking the NBC* receipt number. Any info as to how I can get thru that will be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks,

They didn't necessarily mail the letter on the day of the notification... your letter may have been mailed a few days after your interview was scheduled.

They usually give you four to five weeks notice between the date of the letter and the interview date.

If you can't get through on the phone, schedule an Infopass appointment for a week or so from now... just in case you haven't received your letter by then.

@JimmyHou - thanks for the response. I figured that could be the case as well.

If I were to call the customer service, which options should select. I know a few people on this forum have made calls and get to speak with tier 2. This was the number that I've been trying: 800-375-5283.

Thanks again.
