2015 US Passport Application Tracker List

Getting ready to mail out my N400- Naturalization pkg (marriage based, 3 years).

GC dated 12/11/2012. 3 year anniversary is 12/11/2015.

Will be mailing out on 09/11/2015 or 09/13/2015 depending on when I can make it to post office.

I need to know if my list of documents are sufficient enough.

Per USCIS requirements, I have

1.) Copy of Completed N-400 form

2.) A photocopy of both sides of your Permanent Resident Card

3.) 2 identical color photographs, with your name and Alien Registration Number (A-Number) written lightly in pencil on the back of each photo.

4.) A check or money order for the application fee and the biometrics services fee for fingerprinting

5.) Birth certificate of spouse

6.) Current marriage certificate.

7.) Proof of termination of all prior marriages of your spouse (divorce decree(s), annulment(s), or death certificate(s));

8.) An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years

9.) An agreement from the IRS office showing that you have filed a tax return and arranged to pay the taxes you owe. ( I owe due to some work mix up).

Read most people on VJ state you need to add more documents to show proof of marriage with spouse. I thought the transcripts were sufficient. Anyways . I added.

10.) Quarterly bank account statement for the last 3 years

11.) Gas bill up to date for our current residence

12.) Up to date furniture bill showing both our names.

I'm worried as to if this supporting documents are sufficient enough or I have to dig for more before I mail out my pkg.

One last concern. Spouse can not remember date of marriage from her first marriage sometime in 1993/1994 . so I left the "Date of Marriage to prior spouse" field -- BLANK per USCIS instructions since I and her did not have the exact date. Will this be an issue?

Looks good! I would take any extra evidence gathered after you file to the interview! Does she have any documentation from the previous marriage that could have the date noted anywhere?

We turned the house up side down. including our storage. Absolutely nothing! Even called prior spouse to see if he could remember, he himself could not remember the exact date. All we had was a divorce decree apparently that does not show Date of Marriage. I just made a small note on the extra sheet of paper that "Prior spouse of spouse and spouse can not remember date". we hope this doesnt become an issue.
