So my EAD/AP combo card was approved on August 8th. I got the notice that it was mailed out on August 17th... We've moved a couple times and the tracking number shows that it was sent to our old address(Even though USCIS says it wasn't) We have mail forwarding set up and as of August 20th the tracker is stuck at "forwarded."

I've called the post office, they have no idea where it is, just that it was sent to Minneapolis to the sorting center on the 20th, and the tracker was never updated after that. I called USCIS a few times, the tier 2 I spoke to today told me that I have to reapply and pay all the fees for them and start again. SERIOUSLY?!

I've filed a service request for a missing card, and the ombudsman office...

Is anyone else going/gone through this? Now what?

If USCIS sent the combo card out to the wrong address, they should be able to fulfill that service request for a missing card.

See what happens to the service request and if that doesn't get you anywhere it might be a good time then to schedule a Infopass appointment at your local office.

I hope so, the person on the phone said they wouldn't, but I figured it was worth a shot. Unfortunately the closest locations to infopass in my area are a 10 hour round trip and 20 hour round trip, respectively, and I can't drive without the EAD.
