I'm currently waiting on a CR1 visa interview, I petition for my husband in Mexico.

So I was married before with my high school years boyfriend, I was 21 when we married and he petition for me and I became a legal resident, the marriage was bad, It only lasted two years, we separated and a year later we got a divorce. I became a U.S citizen two years later and a year after becoming a U.S citizen I married again, would this be a reason for visa denial?

I re married after being divorced for 3 years.

Thanks,

And how am I suppose to prove that if am not allowed in the interview with my huaband?

On my first marriage there was also an interview and we had to show proof of relatioship and we were approved, isn't that already proved?

Thanks,

Well if you will email embassy with ur interview date and case no and request petitioner and beneficiary to be present at interview, they might approve the same.

If they don't then you have to load up your husband with proof that your last marriage on good faith and you didn't married for citizenship. Thing is you are not a USC by birth, so you may have hard time. (don't forget to give all the details of your ex-husband to your husband. VO may ask questions related to your ex-husband to him. )

Lastly the proof of approval of visa doesn't means that your marriage was in good faith not for green card / citizenship.
