Hello,

I am a US citizen thas was born in the US and has resided here my whole life. I met a girl in Barcelona last summer while working abroad and we began dating. She is from Curacao and has a EU passport from the Netherlands. She left to goto Holland to finish school but visited me a couple more times in Spain then I visited her in Holland once. I have since visited her twice in Curacao and now she has been to visit me in the US three times and is still currently here on the Visa Waiver Program on this third visit. She entered the US on July 12th and her 90 days will expire on 10/9. We just found out that she is pregnant with my child and since she is without health insurance we got married here in the US yesterday on 9/1. We are now looking to file immigration forms i130 and i485 concurrently to hopefully obtain permanent status for her to remain here legally and have the child here. I have a good job and own a house that we currently live in and am able to support myself, her, and our future child. Can you advise me if I should have major concerns about filing for i130 and i485 immigration? Any guidance/assistance/opinions are welcomed! Thank you!
