Kids on the 751...another question

I did a search and I know its been discussed, however Im curious what everyone is doingt these days(the search results were mostly from 2013). The form says include ALL children, but then the instructions for form 751 states "If you have dependent children who gained residency status at the same time or within 90 days, then include them in part 4. If you have children who did not aquire residency within 90 days, they will have to file their own 751".

So...Im taking that to mean that since our child was born in America and has no proceedings regarding her residency status, she should not be included...but then the form has that little block "is the child living with you and is the child applying with you". The who thing seems a bit ambiguous

I would take it literally. List all your children. Do it.

It doesn't say IF your child.....then list.

The instruction that is confusing you is trying to explain when you might have to do a separate application for a child and when this one application will do for your child as well. Neither of those affect you, but I still think they want you to--

List all your children

I have the same question. Do we or do we not list children born here in the U.S? Please help.

List all your children, no matter where they were born, no matter whether they live with you, no matter how old they are.

List all your US born children. Living with you? Check YES (I'm assuming they are living with you )

Applying with you? Check NO.
