A question about supplement paper for G325a

So this is a simple question and I have searched Visajourney but couldn't find an answer.

So the instructions say to put part or question number of the form you are referring to along with name and signature. The problem is, G325a has no parts or questions. Should I leave it out or count the questions and put that number? (Its the address question). If I leave it out, should I just put on the cover letter "G325a and supplement paper regarding address"?

I know it probably doesn't matter but I don't want to get an REF and would really appreciate your help.

You're confused with i129F 34a. G325A is just biographic information about your self and your fiance.

No, sorry if I wasn't clear enough. I mean G325a biometrics information. I mean my address doesn't fit in the box so I have to write it on a supplement paper. Instructions say to write the question number you are referring to on top of the supplement paper.

So I asked since there is no question numbers on G325a, what should I write on the supplement paper.

This is what I did. Had the same problem. Got my I-129F approval no problem. I put my name above it and then a section on the bottom with my signature. Remember that ANY supplement must have your printed name, signature and date.
