Interview Scheduled!

Hi Guys;

So yeah as the title of this post says my interview has been scheduled, I am happy because the way for that is over but I do have some doubts I would like to share with you guys and getting some input from you would be nice.

Before though a little brief of my journey:

Came here from South American in an F-1

Graduate from my program in Dec 2013

Applied for OPT, OPT approved

Married in June 2014

Filed for family based AOS in Dec 2014 I-485 I-130 simultaneously

received EAD on March 2015

Interview scheduled for Sep 2015.

So my doubts are these, I have a host of new evidence that correlates to what I already presented but adds a few other things I didn't have, I got lease renewals (two of them, to both myself and spouse name) ( Utility receipts to both of our names from Dec to present day) (Account statement from Dec to present day to both of our names) (Family photos taken from Dec to present day) ( Federal and state Tax stubs for 2014, and copy of tax refunds issued by IRS and state tax agency in both our names, which were filed in jan 2014)

So a lot of those things along with a number of other (Car titles etc.) were presented with my file on Dec, but since 9 months have passed since the filing a lot of this is sort of an update on what I filed (New receipts, photos, leases etc) and new stuff Income tax stubs for example.

So my question is this, in light of the fact I have a good chunk of updated info and new info, when I go to the interview should I bring copy of ALL the OLD evidence that I sent already along with this new one, or just the new one, along with the requirements the notice of interview asked me to bring, which a lot of cases it overlaps with what I already filed as you know i.e (Old EADs, Visas, Birth Certificate, Marriage license etc.)

In the interview notice it says to bring the I-864 form along with your sponsor's tax stubs W-2 etc. *Unless already submitted.

These as you probably know I already submitted with my initial application, nonetheless since this was submitted in Dec 2014 the tax stubs for 2014 were not available then but now they are. I can furnish those to the USCIS at the moment of the interview along with proof of my sponsor's U.S citizenship (i.e Birth certificate) although the latter was already submitted when I filed my application. However, my question is should I have my sponsor sign an I-864 form anew? Or is it enough with the one I already submitted and was signed by him when I filed my application?
