YESS now i checked for you, she says she has been waiting since May, she got her interview date today, she did not say when is her interview, but she also said ( My State Representative contacted the Embassy on our behalf and and emailed us the information regarding the interview forDode ....as he mentioned the Embassy did not email or call regarding the appt that was scheduled) i took what she said copy and paste, so if you are june, your time coming next inshaa Allah

thanks so much, i truly hope and pray for all of us to be with our future husbands and wives very soon, this journey is so painful and tiring, i have been waiting for my noa2 6 months, and pray what's coming to be much shorter, still my petition now at NVC cant wait to have packet 3 so the waiting time for the interview starts

by da way, i know when is her interview, its next Tuesday, they gave her only one week to do the medical exams which is the bad thing, so my advice try to reach the embassy from time to time, when u get near to the 3 months mark and i think u are now, so each week i suggest to send them an email, and share the good news with us when u have your interview date and God willing your approval too

I think that's a good idea to do so and I can understand that the situation is pretty painful and stressing.I also know about the AP investigation part but there is nothing we can do about it if it comes so we just have to ask God to make it easy for us and not painful like it is right now.

I sent packet 3 through aramex to the US embassy in Cairo,when you pay the MRV fees you going to get an email with all the stuff you need to do .They will also mention to you what you need to send to the US embassy and what you need to bring with you to the interview.

Yes the case number is the NVC number.

Note: Don't expect a long wait before the interview date, probably its going to be a couple of days like what happened with me.

these info truly helped me even spiritually so much and i greatly appreciate it, i dont know maybe you have an immediate answer because you are waiting your interview since june which is almost 3 months, but i pray they now having more time for interview and i could have my interview immediately once i send them an email, maybe selfishly i am thinking this way, but i feel i already waited 6 months for the approval from uscis while other had theirs in just days, but i believe in God's timing, but if that happened i will be my God so happy and have in shaa Allah the approval, you made my day today and truly opened a new hope for me, and know i will be praying for you , inshaa Allah you will come and share your happiness with me this week

there is something i want to know, i know i should send to the consulate with packet 3 the criminal record, my question is, do i have to translate it and send it translated?

and something else you say when i pay the MRV i believe this is the visa fees which we pay in CIB bank, do you mean AFTER i pay it i receive the email for packet 3, i believe it is before not after

and i will follow your advice by making the medical sooner rather than later, i see they give you less than week, and with someone else i saw that their interview after tomorrow, so i will make it just in case i will receive my interview anytime, as long as you sure it is for 6 months this is a good time

Yes every thing you have must be translated even your criminal record.You can translate your criminal record at the Ministry of Justice which is located in the mid of cairo.

About packet 3 this actually how it happened with me ,I payed the MRV fees first then my fiance received packet 3 by email.

You can make the medical exam after you receive packet 3 that way you can make sure that its not very early and not very late.
