Hi, the NVC send me a checklist that i have to submit i864w for my daughter, but a day before i supposed to submit it, my husband and i got a big problem, we fought a night before i submitted it & i was now subpoena for domestic violence case and i might charge on domestic violence.. I have a court date and might face charges for that, i might go to jail for 2 days or more and attend counselling and community service... Now... My question is... Will that affect my petition for my daughter? Bec when i submitted I-130 i dont have any criminal records.. But now... That i am on my way to submit i864w i already have one..... Hope you can clear this things up for me.. Thank you
