Please help I don't know how to answer this question maybe I just don't understand it.

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with us law?

Isnt this something I receive from St lukes at medical

If you have any childhood /adult vaccines and can get your record do, make sure record has dates. . IF you cannot get a record, you can check with the place where your medical will be and see that they can offer you all the age appropriate vaccines. Or get them done locally as its probably cheaper. long as you have arrangments made for them and get them before the interview you should be good.

There is a list on here somewhere as well as on the US govt page of the vaccines needed, but you only need specific ones for your age catagory. And a flu shot if its during flu season.

Returned to visit July 31 2014 till Oct 2014

started our K1 VISA process...October 2014

K1 noa1 Oct 6 Texas.....now the wait begins...to start our journey together.

Hi there, I put a yes to it because I do have vaccination records since kid. Hope that helps!

29 December 2017 - ROC Filing Opening Date (Expiry 29 Mar 2018)

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

2 January 2018 - Package delivered

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

You should be all good. Just make sure you get everything before interview needed for vaccinations.

Answer YES. You will receive all the vaccines in St Lukes.

March 21 - CFO / PDOS for K2s

June 1, 2016 - POE

July 18, 2016 - Married

On the DS-160 you answer YES as you will have the DS-3025 after the medical is completed at SLEC
