We got are NOA2 on 8-12. I've been trying to call NVC but i live in California and the place is back east, which means there is a 3 hours difference between us. They are 3 hours ahead. What's the best time to call from California?

Im on the west coast too, called at 845pm once, waited an hour, my husband called at 1030 or 11am (i forgot) once and said he waited about 10 mins and Ive called around the same and waited about 15-20. I think mid day (when most people are working and not on lunch) is best.
