I-134 part 3 & 10

Hello everyone,

A few questions on the I-134.

Part 3. The space for the benificiary's Marital Status, we should put 'Single' right?

The space for Relationship to Sponsor, what should we put?......'Fiance'?

Part 10. (the actual question) : I have submitted a visa petition(s) to US Citizen and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s).

Should my fiance complete that section since she submitted the I-129F petition for me?

Also, we are using a co-sponser, my fiance mother, so what should we put in the tab for 'Relationship to Sponsor' on our co-sponsor's I-134?

Anyone who knows the answers please help us out, especially if you have completed your I-134 already and the consular officer looked it over and had no issues!

I used the example on VJ.

I put that he is single, because he is currently until we marry. Relationship to the sponsor, I put Fiance on the paper I filled out. On my mom's paper, she put future son in law.

As for the submitting visa's on the behalf of the following, again I used the VJ example and wrote my fiances name, then in parenthesis, I put "Filing now with 1-129F Petition).


While my fiance hasn't had his interview, I'm sure someone would come up and let others know if the VJ example is no longer good.
