My children and I entered the USA on a K1 & K2 visas now in my AOS process I have come across a few topics mentioning an ELIS fee....come someone tell me what this is and do I need to pay it?

Thanks so much in advance.

8/10/2015 - Married

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

9/16/2015 - USPS Tracking confirms delivery

K-1 and K-2 visas are non-immigrant visas and therefore are not subject to the immigrant fee. That is for those entering the US via an immigrant visa, such as a spousal visa.
