I filled out paperwork on August 3rd and dated it such. I got bank to list savings in bank and bank deposits for the last 12 months. They dated it august 3rd. I'm sending paperwork to her now, but her interview appointment is on September 29th. Should I go back to bank and get a new letter with cash saving and 12 month deposits with a Sept date, since that date is closer to interview date then august 3rd is ? I looked this up everywhere on the Internet and couldn't find a answer. Thanks again in advance.

Why do you need bank statements. The only thing you need is a completed I-134, 2014 1040, 2014 W2's, and recent paystubs.

What visa are you chasing?

I'm self employed. Landlord and house flipper for 17 years now. I have a lot of tax write offs. My line 22 of taxes show gross income of 26k. I make more then this, but with account write offs it comes to that number. It's just me and my minor daughter, so with fiancée it would be 3 of us. I have a net worth of 400k, and decent money in savings. I also own 10 rental pproperties free and clear.

The guide to use when determining financials for the interview would be the poverty level guidelines for 2015. It shows you need a min of $20,090 for a household of 3. So you are good to go with just the documents as stated in my prior post. No need to FLOOD the CO with unnecessary paperwork or killing yourself trying to run around gathering up everything.

USEM does not consider assets, they look solely at income. May need to show your bank statements on this one.

Yah true but I hear they haven't been taking the I-134 Lately, but even if they do ,my income tax returns shows 26k, as my gross income and there will only be 3 of us. So I should quality off that alone and I figure the healthy saving and deposits for the last 12 months will help if needed.
