APologies have not posted my info. Married to USC in Nov 05, on HIB in the US since 2001 - HIB expired Jan 07. Dec 06 filed AOS, EAD and AP requests along with husbands I131.

Live in Miami, filed at Chicago Lockbox and now docus are at Lees SUmmit MO

SInce then have done Biometrics, received RFE ( filed affid of support on wrong form) replied to that, and now received interview date for April 9.

In anyone's experience, what happens after interview. Is there approval at the interview, will one know? Is there more than one interview? Does this interview mean things are moving.

Cant find the Lees Summit MO processing times online at all.... waiting EAD with job lined up anxiously.

Does anyone have some info for me?

Thanks.

Lee's Summit processing dates are the dates for the National Benefits Center.

The interview is your final step in the AOS process. After the interview you should receive your permanent resident card (if approved). You will definitely be approved at the interview if your marriage is genuine and if you don't get an Immigration Officer from hell (happens sometimes, but not too often). There should be just one interview unless your Immigration Officer has doubts that your marriage is legit. In this case, a second interview will be scheduled.

Some people get stuck in the FBI name check. If you're one of them, your Immigration Officer will tell you at the interview. In this case you won't get your green card until the name check is completed (may take years).

The interview definitely means that things are moving :) Good luck!

gs are moving :) Good luck!

Missouri Service Center processing times are listed under the "National Benefits Center" (its alternate name).

You'll know if you're approved at interview, they will tell you. Yes, getting the interview letter means things are progressing for you!
