I-601 Waiver

Hello, I am new here and looking for people who have had experience with I-601 Waiver. My husband and I are in the process of gathering information to document evidence of Extreme Hardship upon my USC husband if I am deported. Would thank those who are willing to share their experiences good and bad.

Hope you case is moving forward, I'm on the same boat, but I have been out of USA for almost 3 years now, I went for my interview on June of last year and they requested the I-601 waiver, I give all the required documentation to my lawyer in august, but they didn't do anything until the end of November, my file was just sitting there...(I'm really mad about that) They finally send my package to USCIS and i received my receipt notice dated January 12 2016, I was going trough my papers from my interview and saw a paragraph that states if a year has passed and noting be received by the embassy the I-130 will be canceled...(another frustration here);

I just send an email to the embassy explaining what is going on and I'm waiting on a answer from them.

Hola i was same as you! I am waiting from october 2015 and still more wait cuz they are working very alow! Go to facebook group 601 waiver journey! Many people there and good input!

Did the embassy respond to your email. Or they gonna extend your case?? Help!!!!
