Can we schedule medical as early as possible? We are planning to have it done sept 22 =D or is it too early??

Anybody here from philippines ???? We are looking for a place to stay thats closer to St.lukes extension clinic.

You can schedule at St. Lukes with just your NOA2 so yes you can.

We are so happy that finally the 1 year 9 month process is completed....

After days and weeks of calling ....

WE GOT AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!

I am beyond shocked ... I expected the same response ... but ... I nearly fell off my chair!!

Our interview has been scheduled for October 5 at 9:00am!!

Good luck to all who are scheduled and to those who are waiting ... the end of the journey is closer than ever!!

Pand0ra, Infact we don't know what is happening in Accra Ghana. No even one July CC has an interview.....Something is wrong somewhere. And dwheels just concentrating on other countries without saying anything about some countries. COME ON NVC. GHANA is waiting. I'm July 23 CC

Ummm I am concentrating on all countries. When I hear you know. And I just posted to every Ghanaian on the checklist waiting that Ghana is scheduling right now. That was actually 30 minutes ago I in boxed you.

One thing you have to realize I do have a job and I work. Yet I am probably on Visa Journey and scanning my Facebook more then I should. But I do this so I can try and find out all I can for you all. So no my concentration is limited or fixed on just one country or a few. You all matter. js

I do have a question. I'm the petitioner and my wife back home the beneficiary is to have an interview October 29th but i confused in the list of requirements that included petitioner original birth certificate. Is she supposed to take the petitioner birth certificate because i thought she only needs the original of her birthday certificate...

Can anyone please clarify on that for me.

Finally received a reply for the expedite request. It said there's no need to expedite as we already have an interview and instructions.

So that makes me feel better that they won't pull the file. Husband has his medical tomorrow.

Well many have done it before. If you put in a new # that's different than what you been using I don;t even think the system will take it. I know alot of people who have updated during the process. The new they take to interview. It's not a big thing just stay on the horse you rode in on as we say here.

Looks like the US Embassy in Jamaica is crying foul. They are now like the NVC, crying about backlog. I remember checking one of those NVC reps as they were still using the backlog at NVC story after the backlog had dwindled.

Looks like the longest part of this process will be waiting for the interview in Jamaica. That Embassy seems to be ever busy.

They need to cut back on handing out tourist visas appointments like water and get some of those people to handle our petitions. They accept so many tourist visa applications knowing that they will only approved 1/4 of them. They waste so much time having people come in that don't even qualify on paper only to tell them no and keep the money.

Mi ago block road and protest in front a embassy.
