Hi there everyone -

Today I received a Case Complete email with today's date, even though my case was completed on May 12. Not sure if this is just an email glitch - is this a cause for concern?

Was it the one that says that the NVC has received all of the necessary documents? If so, my case was completed on August 25th and I received that e-mail on September 1st. It didn't say anything about my actual case complete date, but I've called the NVC to make sure, and they say that my case was completed on August 25th. If you are worried though, it never hurts to call the NVC and make sure!

Yes it is, but I received it twice now - first time on May 12, and today Sep 9. I am trying to call the NVC, but that's a hard task!

Could it be that Cairo won't get interviews schedule for Cr1 until next year?

I don't understand...

Over 105 days from case complete.

Khartoum too I haven't heard anyone got scheduled for CR1 yet. cc 4/22 and still no interview. I called the senator but didn't do much other that the same replies I'm getting from the NVC

Today I heard US embassies in Egypt and Algeria have been doing CR1 interviews for YEMENI applicants this month. It just seems to me that applicants who are citizens of Egypt and Algeria, who are waiting for interviews, should have their appointments first.
