Hi,

I called the NVC last week and they told me that they are waiting on interview dates from Casablanca. The CSR said she was not sure how long it would be before we got a date. Have you called NVC and got the same response?

Hi all, a question plz, I received from NVC that all papers are complete and to wait for interview scheduling that was 22 june 2015 and I didn't here from them till now, is that normal and how long would this take ?

From what I'm gathering, it's a long wait for interviews in Egypt....something like 3 to 4 months.

I see someone in Egypt had an interview today for F-2A after waiting only a month from case complete. So it seems the long waits are only for IR1-CR1

Here re some Moroccan people i thought that im the only one struggling with the NVC. Anyway embassy already sent the Available spots for October however NVC has not started scheduling for morocco yet . you can do like me and contact your senator for more help sometimes it worth it .

Can an applicant have their medical examination done before their interview is scheduled? Apparently there are people who can't get a medical appointment in time for their interviews.

I know the results of the medical exam are good for one year, but I read that a person is required to bring their appointment letter with them to the medical appointment? If that's the case. I assume a medical appointment can't be made until after a person is granted an interview appointment, but the websites I'm reading aren't clear on that.

at alshrouk hospital u can do it without the interview letter

but don't try to do it now ur case complete date is just a month ago wait for the first of October

Funny when I did my citizenship last year they made such a big deal about how the spouse of a US citizen has preference over everyone applying for a visa and how quick the process is. I get that there are security checks and things that have to be done but dang man- it's like almost every other category is put first. It's like they know this category of families will wait however long it takes so they push us to the back of the line.

I've been searching the spreadsheets and there has been very little movements on interviews being scheduled for my country. Wait time is about 3-4 months after CC. Meanwhile i have friends that applied for fiance and tourist visas and got interviews in half the time. I get that the tourist industry helps the economy but are these people just completely heartless?

Then again that's a dumb question to ask after seeing how they just cancelled all the Pakistan interviews in one foul swoop.
