If it were a customer-oriented org, Islamabad embassy would've scheduled employee overtime to deal with their scheduling snafu.

Cancelling interviews en masse just shows there is no accountability. Just my 02 cents.

Dear all, I received from NVC that all my papers are complete and to wait for interview scheduling but this was 22 june 2015. Nothing recieved from that time is that normal? And how long should I wait without worrying?

My CC was on Sep 4 (scan date Aug 25).

It might take a little longer to get my interview though, because I'm applying with my 8 year old daughter and she did not get a CC yet - the NVC promised she'll follow soon though... I can only hope!

HI All,

I just want to understand the significance for priority date,what does it mean.

I saw a person waited for 507 days for interview and it had something to do with priority date.

Are you sure they weren't a F2A category? I can't imagine a IR1/CR1 (US Citizen) waiting that long. But remember people have made mistakes got RFE's, Checklist or had to delay their process. I know several people who were at NVC over a year because of AOS issues. I was there over 9 months back in 2012. It happens.

But just waiting for interview no no one has done that. Who was it? Also couple have been someone who came to NVC a LPR and upgraded and was waiting. I known several people in that category. waiting for over a year at NVC to be upgraded or waiting to upgrade.

For LPR's PD's mean everything.

Any idea how long rescheduling takes? Has this happened before? Do we get it sooner than the other people or do we wait again till they schedule at the end of the month?

I am sorry but this is one for the books. Sure I have seen an individual rescheduling and many times it's like our @Marti here who get cancelled and told when they arrive.

But this grand massive cancellaltion never in my 3 years doing this have I ever seen this happen.

I finally decided to take the plunge and sign up after following this thread for a while, I am slightly confused about this whole process as my husband assigned a lawyer to handle everything. We started this journey in January 2015, I recieved a case complete 1st of September.... I realised that hardly any interviews are being handed out T the British embassy. Is there. Nothing I can do at this point to retrieve more information about my case?

Congratulations. Welcome to the group. I have added you to the spreadsheet. Nothing you can do about your case but wait. When I start hearing or anyone else gets words October scheduling is starting for a embassy I tell here and people start calling.

The last Case Complete for UK that got interview was 8/5. So hopefully you will be in the October bunch.

Thanks! Yes it had arrived at the embassy, you can't reach out to them about a date change if it hasn't.

My case status still shows ready and no interview date yet, I sent an email to Lagos yesterday, am still waiting for their reply.

Sorry you know you are at embassy now. They work on 9ja time. Hopefully this week you will hear. Just stay on them constantly.

I don't want to discourage u but my cc was may 12, still nothing till this moment.

Anyways may be they will schedule a big bunch this time as no one was scheduled for September.

are we dealing with the third world country ? what the heck is going on with NVC , come one america you re better than this . No interviews as of now , i have contacted my embassy and i was told they already sent the available spot for October . its just tooooo much to handle

Welcome to the group. I have added you to the spreadsheet.

About another month or so. No need to panic at all. Egypt is a 3 to 4 month wait. Check out the spreadsheet 5/12 CC was last to get interview.

I called the NVC last week and they told me that they are waiting on interview dates from Casablanca. The CSR said she was not sure how long it would be before we got a date. Have you called NVC and got the same response?
