I just googled and NWD is probably the embassy your interview will be in. Is your interview in New Delhi? I think that's what it means, and it's nothing to worry about. This is just a guess though, others will know better. :)

Good luck with your interview!

Ugh, these nvc reps! One person told me all embassies are finished scheduling for October (a few days ago), and another rep today tells me they're still scheduling.

As far as I've noticed, the P4 letter won't ever mention the new I-864, but they could easily ask you to present it *at* the interview. To my understanding, what makes the new form a requirement (or not) is your interview date in relation to 10/6/15, as per this statement:

Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.

In any case, it is always a good idea to bring the updated I-864 with you to the interview, if at all possible.

So if my interview is on 10/27/15, should I bring new I-864ez form? I used the 03/22/13 edition one and NVC didn't say anything about it. If it's true then I have to ask my husband to mail the updated I-864ez again.

Maybe bring 2 copies of updated I-864s, one signed in blue and the other in black, just to be on the safe side? I honestly have stopped trying to figure these people out......

Signing in blue ink to show it's an original signature would be pointless, because a person only needs to print in color in order to have a copy with a blue signature.

Sign with a black fine point Sharpie. It will slightly bleed through the back of the paper. That would prove it's not a copy. That's what we did.

Do the new one. Who wants to be put in further administrative processing and wait even longer to be together on account of a delay that was so easily prevented?

I didn't even know there's a new I-864 if I'd not read about it in VJ. We'd have gone be-bopping off to our interview without having a clue.

What i did was request test emails to be sent to my emails on file few days before case complete. When case complete happened, i believe i got email from the previous requests. When interview date was set, an email was sent to me the following business day.

Ask them to send an email about your case status.

I called NVC this morning and they did resend the email. It was dated August 12, which was 8 days after case complete.

On the subject of October interview... I only call once per week, but the rep said, "I KNOW why you're calling. You don't have an interview yet." Our CC was 55 days ago. I won't call NVC again until October 9th in hopes of a November interview. November 2nd we'll have had CC 90 days.
