HI all,

quick question, if we have sent taxes for last 3 years including 2014, and we got our interview in april, will they ask for both sponsors new taxes and applicants new taxes, or just the sponsor?

K1's schedule them self. They have a calendar just like we do. The difference is they get to pick their own date. Why ask the embassy why more slots than IR1/CR1/ Just like they did for Jordan saying they are opening up October to IR1/CR1 with 100 more slots.

It's a different calendar and every embassy slots how many of each type they will do a day.

April 15 taxes are due to be done or request extension so yes. But maybe. Some embassies ask for update some don't. Many times its people who are borderline at the guidelines.

Sorry nothing you can do if you don;t qualify for an expedite. It's awaiting game. Egypt folk been waiting since May, Jordan April. In your region many of the embassies are affected by the refugee issue and dealing with that so interviews are slim to none.

What i did was request test emails to be sent to my emails on file few days before case complete. When case complete happened, i believe i got email from the previous requests. When interview date was set, an email was sent to me the following business day.

Ask them to send an email about your case status.

Our case completed August 5th and to this day, we've still not got the email.

The only reason we're sure our case was really complete is because I've called them every Friday since then and they always confirm that our case really did complete on Aug 5th.

I don;t know how to get them to ever send the confirmation. They can't get away with that when it comes to the interview appointment confirmation or we're screwed.

I didn't receive CC letter. I found out my CC by calling NVC. I received P4 letter almost a week after I called NVC about my CC. Edited September 26, 2015 by 168168

I didn't receive CC letter. I found out my CC by calling NVC. I received P4 letter almost a week after I called NVC about my CC.

Last week the person I spoke to at NVC said it made no sense for people to call, because NVC always sends a notice right away. I told her she's quite mistaken about that! People call because NVC is very tardy with their notices, and sometimes people don't get them at all.
