Please someone calm me down. I have sent my packages to nvc and they recieved on the 24 august and still nothing. I saw people sending after me and getting CC in 20 days. Do I have any chance to get checklist? If it takes them a little longer is that a good sign or bad?

Hi there!

You go on CEAC website (ceac.state.gov) and you log in. You should already see 2 N/A, under Affidavit of Support documents and under IV. The 3rd N/A will show up under AOS fee, which normaly shows as PAID.

Ado_Ena, don't worry! I am not sure if it's a good sign or not and in the end it doesn't even matter. I know that if you get a checklist, you should be getting an email from them, saying that (???).

Anyways, if your scan date is 24th of August, it means that as of now they exceeded the 30 days deadline. What you can do is to give them a call and ask for an update. Be nice, keep calm and just tell them you want an update on your case, since it has been over 30 days and you still haven't heard anything back.

Maybe this is not too comforting for you, but honestly there's no point on panicking cause that won't solve anything, it won't get your case approved faster. Just enjoy your Sunday and try and call them on Monday.

No worries! My scan date is 9th of September and still waiting for the 3rd N/A ? I'm hoping it will come next week, but guess we'll see! From what i've noticed lately, we missed the 21 days approval "train" :) It's all good, as long as we don't get a checklist lol

I'm sooooo happy!!
