Sorry for asking 1 more question. When did you get the notification from USCIS showed your case was sent to the department of state?

they sent me an email on sep 16 that my case was sent to NVC

My case was transferred to a Supervisor review on Sep 16th.

Today I called the NVC and I was told my case was completed just today, I checked on the NVC website and saw the 3 N/A.

I was sent to supervisor review on the same day and my case is complete as of today as well!!!!!!!!!!! ONG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG! I'm so incredibly happy!

Hi there!

You go on CEAC website (ceac.state.gov) and you log in. You should already see 2 N/A, under Affidavit of Support documents and under IV. The 3rd N/A will show up under AOS fee, which normaly shows as PAID.

So what are we all estimating for CC?

I am estimating October 9 for me.

lol. Only if i do a medical expedite.

At the latest October 23.

Im trying to be optimistic that they'll try n blast through a bunch before the holiday and somehow ours get approved early (haha yah right tho). As it looked for a lot of people the holiday slowed the CC's by about a week.

My Mom's case in August , with all the same supportive documents I sent, was complete in 3 weeks. I hope for the same term for my husband. So, October 15th is my hope :luv:
