Hey guys, our 30 days deadline just passed today, so when I called the NVC I was asked if I wanted to be put under supervisor review, although that can take up to 42 days.

Do any of you know if it really does take that long?

What do you suggest? Should we just wait or get the supervisor review?

I was put on supervisor review on 09/15, and I am still waiting. I've been at NVC for 40 days. It's like putting people on supervisor review is a punishment.

Alright. Guess than we don't have anything to do but wait.

Although, what do we do if we still don't get a case complete in another week from now?

When I called NVC on Friday to just ask for a general status update (I'm not quite at 30-days yet), the girl on the phone told me that they're reviewing things within 45-days at the moment... :reading:

I too tried to get a general status update and they lied to me, I don't think it is too much to ask to get a general update.

When did this 45 days review time come from? I have heard 35, it is like they just say anything that comes to mind. People are still getting 21 day document reviews.

I truly feel they pick up at random files they threw on the ground.
