Congrats to all CC today!... and for those waiting under 30 days, My mom case was 34 days before 3 N/A's! I guess they will use all 30 days!

for those over 30 days just hang on! hope to get yours this week!

I sure hope so! Going into day 33 tomorrow... I originally thought my scan date was 8/11 but found out today after calling NVC (managed to get a friendly operator) that the scan date is actually 8/13.

So hopefully in the coming days!

So hopefully in the coming days!

I got a feeling that yours will come tomorrow... We base my mom scan date on the email we received.

Post it right away when you get that 3 N/A's!... wishing you all the luck this coming days!

Is anyone else having issue signing into CEAC to check the AOS? I get an "Application Error" which says:

"You have encountered an application error. Please try again later."

Firefox gave me this issue, (usually firefox works)

I checked and Safari worked fine. Still weird. I'll just clear my cookies

I-130 NOA1 : 2015-07-14

I-130 Approved : 2015-08-13 (30 days)

Received by NVC: 2015-09-02 (in 20 days after the approval) - no email notification, info obtained over the phone

Case # assigned: 2015-09-10 (in 8 days after the case was received) - no email notification, info obtained over the phone

DS-261 reviewed over the phone:2015-09-17

Agent registration email: 2015-09-18

IV fee available: 2015-09-18

No. You pay first the IV fee and couple of days after you should be able to fill out DS-260. If you paid the AOS fee and fill out the Choice of Agent (DS-261) give it a few days and start calling NVC so they can review your DS-261. Once they've done that, the IV fee will show up as available to be paid.

IV fee available for paying after DS261 is reviewed. Once it shows paid then you can complete the DS260.

Jojo777, you can check CEAC website. I am still waiting for my 3 N/As but i think they should show up below the AOS fee, IV fee and not sure about the other one. Maybe someone here, who already got CC, can tell you exactly. But go and check CEAC! Good luck! :)
