Hello! any case here that were received by NVC but website USCIS status didnt change? i was approved Sep.1 and my status hasnt been changed for 2 weeks and just got my NOA2 copy in the mail today.. :unsure: shouldnt be my case status change to Sent to DOS by now?

Mine was approved August 25 but the status hasn't changed on the website...some people it doesn't seem to change, there have been two people on here in the past few days whose cases were received at NVC and their USCIS status still says "approved" not "sent"

(NVC still doesn't have mine, as far as I know so far today.)

Im getting very anxious now... you are right! this is not fair at all. Our case is well over 30 days!

Did you call NVC today?

I called yesterday, day 34, and they simply told me like they do every time that "they're still waiting to review my case"...

I'll try again today probably....

Mine didn't change at all. Status is still written as approved until now, even when my case is already complete. No worry. :content:

It never changed for me, I was at the California Service Station. Some got email updates, I didn't.

NVC look like they up and running again.

Good Luck.. Be friendly but don't accept the supervisor call back they like to offer- they rarely call back. If they say it's locked just call until you get someone who is willing to transfer you directly to a sup.
