Yay! Congrats!! Please continue to keep us posted on when you get your interview scheduled. I have filed for my husband in Mexico too, and it would help me if you can share when you get your interview date, so I can have a more/less of an idea of their scheduling time. Thanks!

Yes I will sure keep you guys updated! So far haven't heard nothing yet :( but hopefully soon.

Weird... My webpage still shows "case in process of termination, and I can't move forward, but my husband logged into it via his smarthhone and filled out the agent choice form... How can I get the access to the case through the computer back?

Writing a case number on photocopied documents would not cause any issues.

What about on the actual I-864? Would that cause an issue? I wrote mine digitally because we did EP but what about someone sending in by mail, should they still write it on every page of the I-864?

If it were me I would

1. see if reloading the page with CTRL-F5 (PC) worked, and if not

2. clear the cookies from my browser, then refresh the page, and if not

3. restart the browser and try the page again and see if that worked.

Usually this means they are working on your case.

You're not "supposed" to have to review it over the phone but from what I have read here and my personal experience it doesn't do much on its own or not very quick...I waited 3-4 weeks as we were missing a document but then I called and the women was like "Oh you need to pick and agent" and I said I did pick myself online and they then said oh well then okay and just asked my info again and did it.

I would wait about a week. Or you could try calling on Friday. It just depends on the agent you get on the phone. Some won't review it right away.

Give it a day and start calling. It doesn't hurt to try. Try to sound as if you just want to make sure it was done properly and have it looked over. If you get one that says no or starts being difficult, just hang up and call back later. Some of the friendlier ones will actually offer it without you mentioning it over the course of a conversation.

Looking the tracking number of Fedex, NVC have received our AOS + IV Package today morning :D

I wonder if the CEAC changes the status part of "Civil Documents" (it shows "N/A" currently) so we would know they would start with the reviewing of our cases....

September 03, 2015: IV Package FEE paid (FEE Status: In Process)

September 08, 2015: IV Package FEE Status: PAID

September 09, 2015: DS-260 Done

September 14, 2015: Package received by NVC (Scan Date)

October 08, 2015: Case Complete

November 09, 2015: Medical Test Done

November 25, 2015: Interview Date APPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!! :D

January 05, 2016: Visa Issued

January 12, 2016: Visa in hand :dancing:

January 22, 2016: US$ 165 Fee paid

February 08, 2016: In my new home

POE: Los Angeles

March 07, 2016: Green Card received...but waiting for SSN
