I got my DS 261 reviewed on call yesterday as soon as their lines were open around 7:10 am but my IV fee is still unavailable...what should I do? It has been more than 24 hours now and I read here that IV fee is available usually after 24 hours of DS 261 review :-|

Mine took two days. they reviewed on 08/31/15 and the bill came at 9pm the 2nd day.

I got my DS 261 reviewed on call yesterday as soon as their lines were open around 7:10 am but my IV fee is still unavailable...what should I do? It has been more than 24 hours now and I read here that IV fee is available usually after 24 hours of DS 261 review :-|

It took us 4 days from DS-261 to receive IV bill. We also called to review DS-261 over the phone. I thought 4-days was very fast for the fee to open up! I don't remember reading about a 24-hour window at NVC for practically anything...

Of course, if you're worried I recommend calling again! The hold time is worth it for peace of mind!

Yay! Congrats!! Please continue to keep us posted on when you get your interview scheduled. I have filed for my husband in Mexico too, and it would help me if you can share when you get your interview date, so I can have a more/less of an idea of their scheduling time. Thanks!

That sounds lke a cc to me :) , nevertheless, you should go ahead an call NVC ASAP!!!! To confirm!

We're now on day 30... Losing patience. This process stinks.

Did you add any additional documents to your package, side load?

I wonder what they will tell you when you call them. I am not following how this review process works.

I didn't add any additional items, just the original documents required for the AOS and IV packets. We're just waiting for them to take 30 minutes to review the packets since August 11th.

Never thought waiting would be so tiring.

Once you get to 30, you can request to do review.. at least that's my plan, (more like demand)

That threw my theory out. I was thinking that if you added additional documents then it may take longer for them to review.

It will probably be better for me not to try and figure out how they operate. So then I got to thinking maybe a checklist is coming my way since I didn't get a quick review. Seems like they randomly work on reviewing documents. They may receive the documents on a particular day but it could be a week or more before they actually start working on it.
