NVC keep changing my scan date. New scan

date is September's 14th. sent 3 packages since

they claim they never received any.

That is crazy. I thought your scan date was 9/8.

They are doing some crazy stuff over there.

A horror movie would be to peer into the going ons at this agency. It sounds scary.

Exactly, now they received the 3rd package that was delivered on Monday 14th and so the scan date changed again.

Tired of this whole mess!

Yes I also counted calendar days. Aos/iv package scan was aug26, petition/case scan was aug14. 30 days from Aos/iv scan is when you can expect them to review your documents and application.

I talked with NVC today and they told that i have some issue with household size on I864 form. I double checked the form which i sent. Everything looks perfect in form. Is it possible that they made a mistake? They were telling me that I should be receiving checklist in 2 days and resubmit that form and we will review it again.

If you don't mind sharing who you included in your household and put on the form, perhaps include a screenshot. That part of the form can be tricky, shouldn't include anyone twice.

If you guys have any questions specifically for me,

I will be glad to help via private message.

Congratulations. I can only imagine how happy you are. Especially after almost figuring out what NVC has been up to lately with interview scheduling.

Could it be that we are going back to the shorter document reviews.

Thanks 'Shams, yea there is no better word to describe me, besides maybe grateful.

I think they will be quicker than 21 days soon

Are you asking because you want the 3 n/A's? If so, just look for AOS fee, since you most likely already have 2 N/A's.

Also on your signature, it looks like you have a typo. 9-15 should be ds 260, right?

AOS paid August 31st and shows PAID

DS-261 still not reviewed from August 31st.

Was advised by NVC rep to send in the I-864 along with the supporting docs for AOS & DS-260. E-mailed September 15th.

I will be calling in the morning to get the DS-261 reviewed so I can pay the IV fees and submit the DS-261 before they send me a checklist because the documents were submitted before the fees & forms.

Has anyone else did it in this order and not had a problem?
