Got interview date today and St lukes. One last question. Some say you need a updated letter of intent of marriage. Are first letter of intent in first package was dated June 10. Her interview is at the end of Sept. Do we need a updated letter of intent to marry from both of us. Thanks again.

For the Philippines interview at the US Embassy the answer is no. They have not asked for that document for over a year. From this question I believe you do not have the most current Embassy Letter that lists all the documents required and if not on that list, it's not needed.

First letter of I tend are not so far, but it's so easily to mail a new one to your Fiancé , just in case that they ask for it

The letter is not needed for the interview. The letter of intent is used for the 129f and not for the interview at USEM. It has not been required for over a year. Please be sure you have an idea before commenting on other Embassy's requirements as it only muddies the waters for the OP. I have already corrected three others for mis-information for the US Embassy process in the Philippines and they are processing through other Embassy's. Be sure you are knowledgeable about the process for the Embassy that you are commenting on. Each Embassy has different requirements for the documents that will be presented at the interview.
