Hoping everyone here would help me make sure everything is included. I don't believe I need the I-693, as everything looks good from the G-3025 side. Here is the cover letter.

The I-131 does not require a supplement page for part 7. No reason is every needed when filing AP as an adjustment applicant.

You also need to provide separate documentation for the I-765 and the I-131, because these applications are processed separately.

For the EAD application you also need to include:

  • 2 passport photos
  • Copy of bio page of your passport

For the AP application you need to include:

  • 2 passport photos
  • Copy of bio page of your passport
  • Copy of your K-1 visa

Everything else looks good.

Thanks for the reply. Didn't realize I needed the extra photos. Hopefully we can get extra copies made. Out of curiosity how come you do not need a supplement to part 7 of the I-131? I ask because it says on a separate sheet of paper explain why you qualify?

You do not need a supplement because you do not need a reason for applying for the AP. That statement on part 7 asking you to include a supplement does not apply to you, because you are an adjustment applicant.

From the I-131 instructions, page 8:

If you are in the United States, you must attach:

1. A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; AND

2. An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document; OR

3. If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application; OR

4. If you are traveling..... OR

5. If USCIS has deferred...

Notice the use of the conditional OR. You have a choice to include either 2, 3, 4, or 5 depending on your situation. Including #2 is the supplement page they are asking for in part 7. You do not need it, because you are applying based on #3, adjustment applicant.

Totally understand...for some reason I missed that in the instructions. Do you think it would be wise to separate the I-765 and I-131 with a blank paper to signify a new document? I want to make it as easy as possible for them.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
